No fake profiles

Every real member photographs a government photo ID and a matching selfie before they are discoverable. Stripe Identity runs the check. Other members never see your legal name or date of birth. Identity here means the ID is real, the face matches, and they are 21+. It is not a criminal background check.

1. Our commitment

Shift workers close rooms, walk to cars at 2am, and date on Tuesday afternoons. SRVED exists to match on those hours — not to gamify attention. Healthcare, aviation, logistics, hospitality, and other trades whose week is not 9-to-5: silent pass, silent block, reports a person can read. If something feels wrong, you do not owe anyone a second shot.

2. Online safety basics

Keep talk on SRVED until you have a reason to leave it. Do not share workplace name, locker photos, home address, or when you walk to the lot alone. Watch for cash-app and “I’m traveling” scripts. Do not paste your whole week into chat.

3. Meeting after the shift

Tired is not the same as safe. Public, lit, staffed venues. Your own ride. Tell a coworker or friend the name, time, and place. Stay sober enough to leave. A shift drink is not consent to go somewhere else.

4. Consent and respect

Consent is a clear yes — not a maybe worn down after a 12-hour floor. It can be withdrawn at any time. No means no. Silence, sleep, or intoxication is not yes. Outing someone’s job is a violation.

5. Reporting and blocking

Block is silent and immediate. Report: pick a reason. A person reads it. We may warn, suspend, or ban. We will not tell them you reported. We do not promise a specific outcome or timeline.

6. Crisis resources

Immediate danger. Contact local emergency services. In the United States, that is 911. SRVED is not a clinic and does not diagnose.
