Acceptable Use Policy
This Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) is the public rulebook for SRVED at srvedlove.com, app.srvedlove.com, and the SRVED mobile apps. It applies to every account, profile, photo, message, Hub post, and paid feature. Using SRVED means you agree to this AUP and our Terms and Conditions.
At a minimum this AUP restricts age, illegal acts, and the prohibited content and behavior listed below — including all sexual content (consensual and non-consensual, including private messages), child sexual exploitation or abuse, sexual violence, non-consensual content, aiding, abetting, encouraging, assisting, or facilitating the abuse or exploitation of any person, including human trafficking and trafficking for sexual exploitation, and scam activity intended to defraud people on the platform.
1. Age
You must be at least 21 years old to create an account or use SRVED. We do not offer the service to anyone 18, 19, or 20, including active-duty, reserve, and veteran service members. Military service does not lower the age. We do not accept service members under 21. Before you become matchable we verify a government photo ID and a matching selfie through Stripe Identity, then check that the extracted date of birth is 21 or older. Accounts that fail that check or misrepresent age are closed. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 21. If we learn that we have, we delete it and terminate the account.
2. Illegal acts
You may not use SRVED to commit, plan, assist, or advertise any illegal act. That includes fraud, identity theft, stalking, extortion, blackmail, harassment that is a crime where you are, drug trafficking, weapons trafficking, money laundering, and any other crime. We may report suspected illegal activity to law enforcement and preserve records as the law requires.
3. Sexual content
All sexual content is banned on SRVED, whether consensual or non-consensual. That ban covers profiles, photos, display names, bios, Hub posts, and private messages after a mutual shot. No nudity, no sexual acts, no genital or breast exposure, no sexually explicit media, and no text that is primarily a sexual solicitation. Consent does not make sexual content allowed. SRVED is a schedule-first matching product, not an adult-content platform. Accounts that post or send sexual content are removed.
4. Child sexual exploitation or abuse
Zero tolerance. You may not create, upload, share, request, link to, or possess on SRVED any sexual content involving anyone under 18 — including fictional, generated, or “role-play” depictions. You may not sexualize minors, ask a minor for sexual content, or use SRVED to contact a minor. We remove this material on sight, terminate the account, and report it to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and to law enforcement as required.
5. Sexual violence
You may not threaten, glorify, plan, or carry out sexual violence, rape, sexual assault, or sexual coercion on or through SRVED. That includes using a match, a Roster window, or a late-shift meetup to pressure, drug, or force anyone. We treat credible threats as a safety emergency.
6. Non-consensual content
You may not post, send, or threaten to share intimate images, video, or audio of anyone without their consent — including “revenge porn,” hidden-camera material, and images taken when someone could not consent. You may not use another person’s photos as your own. You may not share someone’s home address, workplace, locker room, or full work week to punish, expose, or control them.
7. Abuse or exploitation of any person
You may not aid, abet, encourage, assist, or facilitate the abuse or exploitation of any person, including human trafficking and trafficking for sexual exploitation. This prohibition applies universally across the entire SRVED platform — including profiles, photos, display names, bios, Hub posts, private messages, matching, Roster, paid features, and any other use of the service on or off the application.
8. Human trafficking, including trafficking for sexual exploitation
You may not use SRVED to engage in, advertise, arrange, recruit for, pay for, or otherwise facilitate human trafficking, including trafficking for the purpose of sexual exploitation, commercial sexual exploitation, sex trafficking, escorting for pay, or prostitution. You may not recruit workers or dates as a cover for trafficking. We cooperate with law enforcement on trafficking reports.
9. Scam activity intended to defraud end-users of the platform
You may not run scams, phishing, romance-fraud, crypto or wire schemes, fake investment pitches, advance-fee fraud, or any other attempt to defraud people on SRVED. You may not impersonate another person, a venue, or SRVED staff. You may not harvest profiles, messages, or emails to sell, spam, or attack people off the app. You may not use bots or fake photos to extract money, gifts, or account credentials from members.
10. Other prohibited behavior
- Hate speech or slurs used to demean a person or group; content that promotes violence against people.
- Harassment, threats, stalking, or contacting someone after they blocked you — including off-app when the contact is to evade a block.
- Spam, scraping, crawling, reverse-engineering except as the law allows, or overloading the service.
- Commercial solicitation, recruiting, or turning Connect or Industry Hub into a job board or venue-review site.
- Leaking another member’s workplace name, schedule, or how they walk to their car.
11. Enforcement
We may remove content, suspend features, or terminate an account that violates this AUP — including without refund of unused tokens or prepaid membership time, except where law or the app store requires otherwise. We may preserve records, notify other platforms, and cooperate with law enforcement as described in our law-enforcement protocols.
