Refund Policy
SRVED sells digital matching features. Once a token is credited or a Pro period starts, web purchases billed through Stripe are generally not refunded, except where the law or a store requires it. Apple and Google handle their own refunds.
Apple App Store
SRVED cannot issue refunds for App Store purchases. Apple is the merchant of record. Request a refund from Apple (reportaproblem.apple.com or Apple Support). Apple decides under its policies.
Google Play
Play charges are billed by Google. Request refunds through Google Play. SRVED does not refund Play charges in-app. Digital goods are generally non-refundable once delivered. Where Google’s policies or law require a refund, Google processes it.
Stripe / web
Web purchases through Stripe are strictly non-refundable for partial months, unused subscription time, unused tokens once credited, and one-time features once delivered, except:
- Where a statute requires a refund we cannot waive — including, if they apply, EU/UK consumer cooling-off rights for distance contracts (often 14 days) that have not been lost by asking us to start a digital service; and non-waivable US state consumer laws.
- Where we expressly credit an unused paid shot that expires under in-product rules. That is a token mechanic, not a cash refund of a Pro month.
- Chargebacks and payment disputes are handled by the card network and Stripe. Filing a dispute does not create extra SRVED credits.
Canceling a subscription
Cancel at least 24 hours before renewal through the store that charged you. Deleting the app, signing out, or deleting your SRVED account does not cancel a subscription.
- Apple: Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions, or reportaproblem.apple.com
- Google: Play Store → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions
- Web: Sign in at app.srvedlove.com → You → Pro → Manage billing (Stripe portal)
