Overview

SRVED (srvedlove.com and app.srvedlove.com) lets you delete your account and the personal data we hold about you. This covers sign-in with Facebook, Google, Apple, or email.

Removing SRVED from your Facebook settings, or revoking the app in Meta, does not delete your SRVED account. Use the steps below, or email us if you cannot open the app.

1. Delete in SRVED (app or web)

This is the way to delete everything tied to your account, on the phone app or at app.srvedlove.com:

1. Sign in to SRVED.
2. Open the You tab (labeled Profile on some screens).
3. Scroll to Your data and tap Delete account.
4. Confirm when prompted.

Deletion starts on our servers. You are signed out and cannot sign back in with the same account. Deleting the account does not cancel an Apple or Google subscription. Cancel that in the phone’s subscription settings.

2. Request deletion by email

If you cannot use the app, email info@srvedlove.com from the address on your SRVED account. Use the subject line Delete my SRVED account and include:

• The email you use to sign in (including a Facebook-linked email).
• A short note that you want your account and personal data deleted.

We may reply once to confirm your identity. We process verified requests within 30 days, usually sooner.

3. What we delete

When your account is deleted, we remove or anonymize:

• Your auth account (email and password, or the Google, Facebook, or Apple link).
• Profile, photos, schedule blocks, and discovery settings.
• Shots, roster picks, messages, and Industry Hub posts you created.
• Blocks, reports you filed, and notification preferences.
• Stripe Identity verification data — we ask Stripe to redact the verification session when you delete.
• Push device tokens and connected calendar integration metadata.

We may keep minimal records where the law requires it (for example payment receipts, fraud prevention, or safety investigations). Those records are not used to market to you or restore your profile.

4. Facebook Login specifically

If you used Facebook to sign in, we received basic account information from Meta (such as name, email, and profile picture) to create your SRVED account. Deleting your SRVED account removes that link and the profile data we stored.

To stop Facebook from sharing data with SRVED in the future, you can also remove SRVED under Facebook → Settings → Apps and Websites. That step alone does not delete data already on SRVED — use section 1 or 2 above.

5. Download a copy first (optional)

Before deleting, signed-in members can export a JSON copy of their data from You → Download my data in the app or on the web. If you cannot sign in, email info@srvedlove.com for an export.
